I’m afraid this review will be considered as fifteen years too late. I don’t mind, I just HAVE (get it? HAVE) to write a review for Titanic now that it’s been rereleased. I think it’s never late if you have never written a review for such an amazing film, a film you love so much. And if you have, you may just as well write one each time you see the film. The cool thing about classics is that no matter how many times you revisit them you always find something new in them. The start of something new Professional people do not usually do so, but as this is an informal project I feel free to reveal (some of) the project’s background details – more because chronology gives me a favourable structure than because I feel like it. Like many other projects, this one was born out of the blue – DeeDee came up with meeting and discussing Jane Austen mainly due to three reasons. First, we met the Sunday before Jane’s 236 th anniversary and such occasions can’t be skipped when you love someone as much as we love Jane. American Horror Story, serie creada por Ryan Murphy y Brad Falchuk para la cadena televisiva Fox (más específicamente su rama para adultos FX), se estrenó la semana pasada en nuestro país (8 de noviembre de 2011, para la posteridad.) Amante del (o los) género(s) suspenso/misterio/terror, que se entrelazan cada vez más entre sí según pasan los años, decidí mirarla y ver que resultado daba. Mi veredicto habiendo visto sólo dos capítulos es: una muy buena serie, que -al mejor estilo Hollywood- apuesta más a la forma y la estética que al contenido, pero que entretiene, inquieta y siempre deja al espectador con ganas de más.
